I havr been working with Joshua since June 2022. He has been nothing but incredible with his patience, time and expertise in the Healthcare field. I hate the whole concept of trying to figure and maneuver through what seems like an abyss of insurance policies. He takes his time in explaining the different coverages in a way that I can understand!! He makes sure that all of my questions are answered before we end our conversations. He goes above and beyond with his time to make sure a problem is resolved. The number one thing that I really appreciate about Joshua is that he is working for me even after we hang up from a call. He has reached out to me when he noticed that I didn't pay for a coverage that I thought I did. And, he stayed on the phone with me for over an hour trying to get to the right person when I sustained injuries from a fall. I could not have done it without him! Thank you!!
